Affiliation Information

If you would like to become a Callisto Design affiliate so that the name of your website is displayed in the "Affiliate" category, then you have to know a few things.

First, I am accepting affiliations from only those sites that provide graphic or web design resources and services. No others are accepted.

Below is the affiliation form that you, as a webmaster/webmistress have to fill out in order to become a Callisto Design Affiliate. I will send my response to the email your provide in the form. Please, prepeare a 88x31 pixel banner to send as an attachment.
If possible, please write why do you want to affiliate with Callisto Design and provide additional information if you wish in the "Message to me" field.
